Before any meeting is booked, we ask that Clients read our brief qualification guide below. This will give you an overall idea of possible routes to the US and any other .

To move to the US long-term or permanently, usually, one of the following is required:

- You have a direct US citizen or green card family member, spouse or fiance(e)

- You have a US job offer

- You have a non-US citizen spouse already in the US and wish to join them

- You have a non-US employer with a US office and want to transfer

- You have a $50-100k investment and potentially profitable US business idea

- You have $1m+ and want to invest in a US business and create jobs

- You have exceptional and peer-recognised skills and experience

- You have a claim to US Citizenship or wish to naturalise as a US Citizen

- You are a Legal Permanent Resident (Green Card Holder ) for > 1 year and wish to return to the US

Of course, you can go on a more short-term basis as:

- A Student

- A Visitor for Tourism or Business (no work or paid activities permitted)

- An Exchange visitor, including Scholars, Researchers, and Teachers

- To Work for up to 6 months for a US Client or Subsidiary (degree holders only).
