Long-Term or Permanent Basis

You have a Direct US citizen or green card family member or spouse

You have a US citizen fiance(e)

You have a US job offer from any US Employer or Agent in any occupation

You have a non-US employer with a US office and want to transfer

You have a $50-100k investment and potentially profitable US business idea

You have $1m+ and want to invest in a US business and create jobs

You have exceptional and peer-recognised skills and experience

You are a Green Card Holder, have been outside the US for longer than 6 months and wish to return to live in the US

You have previously been deported and/or require an Immigrant Waiver

You have been a Green Card Holder for 3-5 years and want to Naturalize as a US Citizen

You were born in the US or have a US parent and wish to register as a US Citizen

You are the dependant spouse or child of a US Green Card Holder and wish to join them

Short-Term or Temporary Basis

You are a Student, have booked a US course and need a visa

You are a Visitor for Tourism or Business (no work or paid activities permitted) and need a visa

You are an Exchange visitor, including Scholars, Researchers, and Teachers and need a visa

You want to work for up to 6 months for a US Client, Supplier or Subsidiary (degree holders only) and need a visa

You are the dependant spouse or child of a US Visa Holder and wish to join them
