Family

Employment

US Residents
Are you are a Green Card Holder, outside the US for longer than 6 months and wish to return to live in the US?
If you are a U.S. permanent resident who has been outside the United States for an extended period and wish to return, your ability to keep your status may depend on the length and reason for your absence. Eligibility is assessed using your travel history, ongoing U.S. ties and supporting evidence demonstrating your intention to maintain permanent residence.

US Citizenship and Registration
Have you been a Green Card Holder for 3-5 years and want to Naturalize as a US Citizen?
Were you born in the US or do you have a US parent and wish to register as a US Citizen?
If you are eligible to become a U.S. citizen through permanent residence, or believe you acquired or derived U.S. citizenship through birth or a U.S. citizen parent, you may have a pathway to citizenship. US Entry Issues and Waivers
Have you previously been deported and/or require a Nonimmigrant Waiver?
If you have previously been deported, removed or refused admission to the United States, or require a nonimmigrant waiver to overcome a ground of inadmissibility, you may still be eligible to travel temporarily.
